    i am trying to find out if i can get someone to look at my computer remotely how much would it cost and how safe is it to do

    What exactly is the problem. Personally I would try and find a friend or colleague who does recognise your problems and knows how to resolve them.

    You could post up the problem and get suggestions as to how to resolve it.

    It is quite simple to set up a remote connection but I would only do so with someone I knew and trusted.

    its full of unwanted stuff like programs and the like and although i have tried to take them off im still running a lot of processes in task manager and i am just wondering what i can and can not turn off without ruining my computer:D

    Run msconfig and post the Startup screen, (you may need two images as you don't seem to be able to adjust the size of the display.

    Also post the services screen with the box to hide Microsoft services ticked and having clicked on the status column so that the image only contains running services. (again may need more than one image).
