Is "Sync Address Book Contacts" enabled in the Info tab in iTunes?

On a side note, you may know the answer to the following 2 questions..

Im using lion now and every time i download something from the internet a warning pops up asking me am i sure i want to open it..How can you disable this?

Secondly, every time i put in a cd it asks what i want to do with it.i keep saying make this default action but it never works.

No, afaik you can't disable it. It's a good feature tbh as it protects against potentially malicious software that might have downloaded in the background. This warning has been around since at least 10.6. However, if you are using Safari you can disable the automatic opening of "safe" downloads, which for security reasons is probably a good idea.

I rarely put CDs in anymore so I'm not sure. You might have another application that accepts CDs open. Like iTunes or something.
