    Hi RHJ,

    I am a member of the Castle Leasure Centre. They are opposite the entrance to the Cinema. I can recommend the Gym, most classes are free to members and the staff are very friendly.... I have no other link to the Gym.

    To be honest i didnt have one this time, i did do one a few years ago, a member of staff formulated a workout plan for me based on my needs... You can ask at any stage for advise from the staff, they dont mind helping out...
