    Why since 2009 only?
    Seems a bit unfair

Most grad programs usually only take people who have graduated in the previous two years. Once you go beyond the two year mark I suppose it is assumed you will have 1 or 2 years eng experience under your belt and will not need a grad program to guide you.

Also I imagine that they assume after two years being away from college you may have forgotten a fair bit.

    Hello,
Could you please post the details of the job spec as I have been called for interview and it has been taken off the Engineers Ireland website. Foolish of me not to save it I know but your help would be most appreciated.
