Can anyone give me advice on how to go about contacting a barrister in the Naas or Dublin area for some work experience.
    Thanks.

Most of them are on the law library website. If you know any solicitors contact them and ask them if they know any barristers. Are you in school?

Great I'll check it. No not in school, I have started in Kings Inns as an external student studying jurisprudence I plan on sitting the entrance exams next year. I'm just hoping to get some experience and start making some contacts.

Ok so I found a girl I used to go to school with in the Law Library directory. I barely know her. Would it be considered rude to just ring her and ask about work experience/ advice on the career?
For any barristers on here, would you mind an old classmate ringing with this request?
    Thanks.

Doesn't look like you got an answer - in any event no, not at all, and in fact requests from random strangers are not uncommon.
