I am getting the images ready for a gloss card board box, one of the images will be printed 14 inches by about 7 inches, does anyone know what size and resolution digital image will I need to give the designer?

Hi Mickk, depending on the size of the image height x width it really should be 300dpi. If the image is 300dpi and of good size you should be ok, just make sure the images are not small like the size of your thumbnail.

14" x 17" is approx 18cm x 36cm. The printer will be looking for 300 dpi. The actual working size of that image would be around 28 MB which compressed to jpg would be around 8 mb.
