Advice needed on cassette for turbo

I'd like some advice please on how long there is left on this cassette (Ultegra 6700). It's 2 years old, has seen moderate use (a years training, then a years racing).

The reason I'm asking is that I've recently aquired a turbo trainer, and have an old semi-knackered back wheel in the shed (Planet X). I'm not sure what to do about setting up the old wheel, whether to buy a new cassette for the road and keep this for the spare wheel / turbo, or try pick up a cheap old one and stick that on. Thoughts?

It looks to be in good condition; if you were replacing chains when necessary and it is not skipping it should be fine. Tiagra is 10 speed now so you could use one of those on the turbo. Or get a new Ultegra for the road, up to you really.

    Thanks blorg

Yea I thought it looked ok, I'll probably save myself 35 odd quid so and pick up a Tiagra
