water pump suggestion

I am replacing a old hot water cylinder with a new insulated type but I am also relocating it onto the second floor of a old 3 story Victorian house as there is no need for water on the op floor any more. However the water flow pressure in the house was never very good so i am going to put in a pump to increase the pressure around the house. I want to increase the hot and cold in all rooms.
I am not really up on pumps and i am confused between negative/positive head pumps and all the different types there are available. So for what i want to do above what would be the best type available and also where is the cheapest place to buy them.

    thanks.
