What happened here: DM reports last night on the web at Knox was 'stunned' to have here appeal over-ruled!

Wonder was it one of two versions ready to roll

Was swiftly taken back down but did the rounds on twitter

The Daily Mail put up a story then this morning about low morale and lousy management at Twitter HQ
    Retaliation ;)

Several publications grabbed the wrong end of the stick (guilty of slander) as they got a rapid translation of the summary - the Sun and the Guardian went with "Knox guilty" live headlines until it was realised what was happening.

The Mails copy was worse as it contained descriptions and quotes that could only be a lie as they were made up to support the guilty verdict.

mike65 thanks for that - that clears up the 'guilty' side of the equation.

Low moral at Twitter! That's something else (there may well be a moral issue there, whose to know. Wonder which is lower Twitter or Associated?).

Exactly the kind of crap that you'd expect from that shower.

I doubt very much that there's low morale at Twitter, not now that Apple have snubbed Facebook on their recent announcement and said that there will be better integration of Twitter with iOS. If I worked in Twitter I'd be licking my lips at the prospect of the IPO which will make the employees very rich so I doubt if morale is an issue.

I always find a great moral booster is the potential size of the post office account...
