Anyone used the VRT callback service before? How long does it take to get a call back? I don't know which form to fill in for VRT exemption as the vehicle landed in the UK and has already been granted exemption there (as port of entry into the EU). The revenue form for non-EU vehicles does not seem relevant in this…

Anyone used the VRT callback service before? How long does it take to get a call back?

I don't know which form to fill in for VRT exemption as the vehicle landed in the UK and has already been granted exemption there (as port of entry into the EU). The revenue form for non-EU vehicles does not seem relevant in this instance. It asks for declarations from the customs agents and the shippers. These have already been made to the UK customs.
