Thinking of buying a car this week that I spotted online.

Its NCT'd until 11/13 and it looks in good nick

was just wondering is there anything I should be worried about, in terms of finance

anyway I can check out its not a hire purchase car or anything like that? the bloke is leaving the country and in theory he could be pulling a fast one or on the other hand it could be a genuine sale

What should I be looking out for?

Cheap, if it saves you being stung for €€€€...

You can always try yer friendly bank manager, they have access to this info too :) they did this for me before when supplying the finance for a car I was buying...

that site told me the car is due for NCT in October 2010

The guy has the cert he got for it last week though, which says its NCT'd until November 2013.

    I'm confused at this
