Hi, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what to do with dog tummy upsets? Harry, 6 month old Lurcher, has had his tummy grumbling really loudly all evening. He was out the back today so could have eaten something but not sure. He hasn't eaten his dinner and refused treats earlier, is there anything we can give him to ease the pain/upset? He is currently curled in a ball on the couch wrapped in a blanket, but he is alert and was running around a while ago, he just looks so sad :(

    Is he drinking ok?
You could try some chicken and boiled rice to try settle his stomach.

I agree with Cutie, give him some boiled rice and chicken. Make sure he's drinking enough too. If he doesn't eat tomorrow ring your vet for some advice. :)
