    Ok. Complete know nothing about PSN here so please bear with me. My son has been having issues around the PSN and bullying. Not getting fully into it but he has been receiving horrible messages from someone on the PSN. The thing is is that the usernames have been set up deliberately to bully my son. We have sent a grief report on them but is there anymore we can do about it?

    We think we know who is doing it but cant prove it.

    Have a few questions too;

    Ho do you set one up?
    Can a user set up more than one?
    Is an account traceable?
    Are you notified by email if your account was reported for harassement or bullying?

    I need to be armed with more info so I know what im dealing with the the playstation website will not answer these questions for me.

    TIA

    You set one up just like you'd set up an email account.

    Anyone can set up more than one, but they need to enter a different email address each time. Unfortunately this can be avoided simply by putting anything@spam.com in it's place.

    Accounts aren't really traceable tbh, the most you can do is block the profiles as they appear.

    That being said, I always assumed they'd be able to block the offending PS3 from going online somewhow.

    So there is nothing we can really do to find out the culprit? Feck. Have sent another grief report on the new offending account but that probably wont come to much. They didnt get back to us after reporting the last account, should they? Is there somewhere I can ring?

    Sorry to hear about this, you might have better luck over on the PSN forums?

    Nasty, can you send someone a message even though they aren't in your friends list?

    Here is the online manual on how to block people, id say just keep blocking as you go,
    The will run out of email addresses eventually or get bored of creating new ones.
