Work related panic

Friend of mine told me this story. He got home from work about 5.30 one evening and was real tired so went for a nap. Slept for what felt like ages and then woke up and looked at the clock. It was 9.30. He panicked as he'd never been late for work before. He immediately rang work and told the guy on the other end that he wouldn't be coming in as he'd been up all night vomiting. The guy was a bit confused but said he'd pass on the message. It was only when he hung up the phone he realised it had started to get dark outside. Turns out he had only slept a few hours and it was actually 9.30 pm and he had just rang in sick to the security guard at work.

I have another friend in work who went home at 1pm on Sunday and was due back in for 6am on Monday. Went for a nap and woke up at 6pm on the Sunday and panicked. Thought he'd slept in. He was halfway to work before he realised his mistake.

Any other work related panic stories out there?

I once started work at 8.30am, realised that it was mad early, then went back to be for a snooze.

Unrelated, but I got back to the hotel at 3 in the morning and woke my mate up when I turned on the light,

I then told him I was going down for breakfast, then I said I changed my mind I'm going back to bed and he got dressed and went down for breakfast,,,,he came back and called me a few things.
