D-link dir-685 router how to set up

    Hi can any body help me with this one,i got a new D-link (dir-685)and am trying to set it up on my vodafone home broadband.I have followed the instructions that came with it but wont work properly.Has any one had any experience of this kind of router in Ireland if so please let me know what im doing wrong.

    How have you got it set up. Presumably you have a modem for your Vodophone connection which you have connected to the WAN port of the D-Link.

    You should have DHCP switched off on the Vodophone and be using the D-link as your DHCP server.
