Limerick Indoor Championships Nenagh

    hi guys,
    I see that the annual Limerick Indoor Championships in Nenagh will be taking place on Sat 5th November. Im bring my kids along for the event and Im just wandering if there will be any events for adults?
    I know that some yrs ago I took part in a 1600m run there but I cant recall if it was this event, would anybody out there know?
    I have googled the event, maybe its too far away but there are no programm details listed, so I dont know if there will be any events for adults.
    I would like to try the 1600m again but I need to start training for this event now if Im going to do it!

    If your kids are in a club why not ask one of their coaches. They should know what the indoor competition fixtures are.

    thanks but I am one of clubs coaches! Problem is our club really only is involved in juvenile events, so nobody in our club would know about events for older entrants....such as myself...... I can ask them to check for me but thought I would check out boards first....

    Hi banjobongo

    A group of us train every Saturday morning at 11 am in the pitches close the running track at UL. Come along if you are interested.

    We are been coached by Willy Logan.

    I did the first Limerick indoors in nenagh as a juvenile about 10 years ago at least. I dont remember adult races that day but it could have changed since.
