2 New businesses in Limerick, need advice!

    We want open new restaurant a and shop but still thinking in which city, so need a public advice please!

    1.Unique Restaurant inspired by the Asian culture and Roman table sit and lie comfortably on the soft leather sofas and pillows. The 11-course meal, which lasts until about 22:30. All courses are served bite-sized, easily consumed so that they can be seated at.
    INTERIER....Semi-transparent gauze curtains and delicate metal ornaments are divided
    related with the white leather couch space in eight spacious niches of
    are dipped in iridescent light harmonious color moods.
    Every detail contributes to the consistency of the atmosphere: The fabric cushions carry a 3deluxe Graphics designed, delicate cherry blossom motif with applied Swarovski crystals. Due to their different sizes offer the "beds" small groups of up to 10 people an oasis of intimacy. Seating’s are also offering personalized couples togetherness. With music in the background.


    2. Toy shop similar as in Dublin Disney store,but this one would be bigger with ( Disney, MGM, 20th Century fox and Warner Bros characters)



    So whether it is worth risking???????

    Dont know about no.1, as for no.2 would you not need a franchising or licencing agreement?

    It wouldn't be problem to get it, but the problem is the location in here!

    Probably a bad idea, unless you have a "cheap cheap" store idea, leave it another decade, thats just my opinion, but were in a global recession here
