Premiere Pro CS5 - Exporting

    Im pretty new to premiere pro, so Today I was making a video, where the source (5 files in total) add up to about 6GB audio included. Now when I exported as .mov (im on mac), i got a 45GB file!

    This makes no sense to me so could anyone tell me how to get this down to at least 6GB?

    I havent changed any of the export settings so its still standard settings for CS% on a Mac.
