    Hello,

I'm looking for the cheapest possible dual tuner available for both freesat uk (28.2) and Soarview

is there a good option available at a low price point?

    thanks

edit: I found this, is this a good box/cheap? http://www.freesat.ie/index.php?cat=HD_receivers1

Can you receive TV3 with that aerial?

Yes, I can but the picture is a bit grainy, sound distorted - but this may be due to the fact that It's a makeshift cable

In that case you should get a new cable. Its likely that your aerial will pick up saorview. Your dish and current stb are picking up the FTA channels, so you've no worries there re reception. If you are looking for a box that will pick up both sets of channels, then look no further than th Ferguson Ariva 120 Combo box. Available from www.satellite.ie at a discount to Boardies.Tony, the owner is a regular poster here and his advice is indispensible. See the big thread on this box in the Terrestial forum.Read it all, its a great way to educate youself in the area you intend going.

EDIT: I see from your edit above that you already know about that box.
