hey all im runing a custom gearbox with king arms 8mm casing and king arms hi speed gears. The piston is poly carbonate and it has an active brake mosfet. i usually run it on a 15c 1100ma batery and with the standerd G&G motor i get around 17-18 rps.

The problem is G&G motors have tendoncy to burn out and this one gets hot very wuikly so im getinga new motor and was wondering what do ye think would be my best option i want about 20-24 rps and was looking at an A.I.P 50,000 speed but it may be to fast please help! sory for the novel:D

for high speed you want a G&P m120 motor.
the motor getting hot is due to the mosfet.
same happened with 1 of my guns when i placed a mosfet in it.

The G&P M120 will be perfect for that use! It's what I use in all my AEGs.

On a 9.6V battery in my set-up (standard VFC gears) I get 25rps easily with the M120.

my stock G&p magpul ran somewhere around the 22 rps mark...
havent got it chronored on rps but id say its more if not anything.
with that motor you should get what you want if not more.
another good idea is deans connectors
and if you can get your hands on one a 7.4 lipo with mini 25C up to a 50C discharge, it will run nearly the same as a 9.6
