    Hi Guys

Based on a previous thread i posted i am concidering buying a warmoth J Bass neck . Has anybody got any reviews (good or bad) on these . Some reviews that i have come across online are saying that the J Bass neck from warmoth is very "chunky" and more like a P Bass neck , i could live with that given that i already play a P Bass but i am looking for the closest to a stock J Bass neck that i can get . Im sure there are plenty of lads here who have bought from warmoth so i would be interested to hear.

    Cheers ;)

They offer J-Bass necks in a standard profile and a slim tapered profile so if you are nervous the neck may be too chunky the slim tapered profile could be the way to go.

I have a solid rosewood Warmoth Strat neck which I bought a few months ago. Construction is seriously top notch, best feeling neck I've ever had. It also has some cool features like the side heel truss rod adjustment slot. Only negative point is that they dont fully finish the frets but thats par for the course with custom necks. While it was playable out of the box it didnt shine until it had a level and the fret edges rounded.

I have used this company for a neck for a tele partscaster I have constructed. Simply fill out the form saying exactly what you want and they will supply it, the sales guys will consult with you on any details or queries. The neck I got was beautiful and would highly recommend, I assume their bass necks are equally as good
