moving to australia

Hi, Im a 34 year old hoping to move to australia next year with my fiance. he will qualify as a civil engineer and im a university administrator. from what i can tell i dont meet the skills requirements. if my fiancee gets a sponsored job, would i be able to go on the back of that?
