Hi folks my wife has a sony experia about 10 months, its a contract one. I'd like to get her an Iphone as a surprise for her. i called into vodafone on friday and they said i'd have to get her signtureso the surprise would be out the window. Is there any way around it and would she be entitled to an upgrade this early into her contract cheers in advance

You could save yourself a fortune and just upgrade the software on her xperia for her, great phone but you really need to update the software, it'll give you pinch and zoom and a few other surprises, that phone is on par with the iphone and even has a better camera, Update the software;)

Have a look around before you upgrade, better deals out there.

The Experia and the iPhone are chalk and cheese. The Experia Arc really is a load of rubbish in my eyes. Its too light, too cheap feeling and its about the same price as an iPhone. I had one on demo for a while (I have an iPhone 4 for about a year, and every iPhone before that) and I was horrified when I was told the price. On build quality alone, the iPhone is worth every penny. Sony have never made a good phone in my eyes.
