Hope this is the right place to put this and thanks for reading.

Just bought a samsung laptop - dont know the specs etc but anyway, Im loving it.
My 9yr old is using it for games...gamefudge and coolgames etc - those websites that have the inbuilt games. Hes been playing for a few days now and whatever he's doing, he's making the screen really large - about 200% view. Ive been watching him when it happens, and hes only using the mousepad and the two buttons under it - he hasn't touched any of the keys.
Im sure its very easy for me to get the screens back to normal view, (an F button im thinking?) but for the life of me, I cant figure it out..??? And also, whats he doing to get the screen so large?
    Thanks

It's the touchpad..if you put your two fingers in the centre and spread them out it acts as a zoom tool..all info should be in the manual

on the right side of the touch pad is the equivalent of a "scroll wheel" of a normal mouse. This has the effect of Zooming in windows 7. Usually you have to press control (CTRL) at the same time. Get him a cheap external mouse and the problem will go away!

Yup, get a proper mouse. Have a look at a few in PC World.

If buying Online read a review first because they are making them very small lately and it may be just me but the bigger the better I say.

Handiest way to adjust screen size is to hold down the Ctrl button on the bottom left of the keyboard and press the + or - buttons.

If you haven't installed an Anti-Virus, stick this on it.

Aw great, thanks for that. That certainly wasn't a feature on my old laptop which was only 18mths old..Of course, I thought I knew all there is to know about laptops and threw the instruction manual in the drawer..better take it out for a read! Now to figure out how to use the webcam;) I've installed that anti-v also - thanks again, much appreciated!
