    Hey guys,

My brother is after loosing the key to his piece of crap 01 Fiat punt Van.
There is a slight possibility that its in the boot but he can't see it through the window.

He has been quoted a price of 350 for a new key to get programmed in the main dealer and that doesn't include the cost of towing it over there.
    So my questions are…..

    1) Is there anyway to break into a punto doing as little damage as possible to the car. Any weak point for example?

    2) Is there a Cheaper way to get a key cut for a punto without going to a main dealer?

I know that many of you won't like to dish out info on how to break into a car but i swear I'm not a knacker! :D

    Thanks
    Japasca

give the aa a call, if you or someone you know has membership, friend of mine locked her keys in the car, and they came out and had the car open in 5 mins. provided the keys are in the boot that is..

There's some videos on YouTube of how to bend the door back and use a hanger or something to lift the lock.

The door can be unlocked quite easliy with a coat hanger but I wont say how (lots of time to play with my one)

Otherwise if thats your attitude towards his car don't bother going near it
