Listowel company gone - help please

I am trying to help a friend whose system was installed in 2005 by Energy Masters of Listowel. They are out of businesss. They left him no information on the system.
He has a GSHP feeding 2 storey UFH and DHW. The GSHP is an Avenir Energie Geopack and we would like the manual for the indoor control panel. We have the installation manual kindly provided by another company.
The control panel for the interaction of the GSHP with a buffer tank and a DHW tank is a custom job by Energy masters. I know it is a long shot, but maybe someone has an example of their work.

Sorry to hear of your problem. I cannot help you with the parts but what i can do is help you fiind out where they come from then you can contact there agents abroad and find out who the new irish agents are.

If you contact the company registration office or solocheck then you can find out who the company directors were. I would then write them a very polite letter pleading with them to help you and then you can contect the main agency and find out who the new irish agent is. They might even know.

I tend to use solocheck and although its a slight bit more expensive then the cro the format is easier to use.
