    Hi guys,

As per title. Just today it won't connect to the wireless network here. It has done up until today.

Try connecting but 3g symbol doesn't change to wireless symbol.

Also triend turning off 3g and while the symbol changes to wifi symbol, I can't use the internet or apps.

Also tried "forgetting this network" and reconnecting the wifi but still won't connect.

    Any ideas?

Turn off wifi on all devices in your house that use it. Reboot you wireless modem/router.

Now turn the wifi back on your iPhone first. Hopefully that should sort it out.

I have the same issue with people connecting phones to my Wifi. A reboot will fix it but it's a pain to do this a lot.
PC connects 100% of time, PS3 99% of time but phones both HTC and iPhone won't

I'm on UPC - anybody know if they have anything to do with it?

There isn't much that can be done besides a reboot of the modem. It's an ip address conflict that the phones just can't resolve.

This happened to me whilst in the US on hols.. was picking up wif for almost 2 weeks then bam, the network was there and appeared connected.
I turned it on and off, in and out of airplane mode... eventually it worked so maybe exhaust all of those options..

I even rang 3 only to be told I couldnt connect to a wireless network whilst in the US...I laughed hard at that one!! :D

Hi again. Thanks for the replies.

The problem is with all wifi networks. It connects for a few seconds then reverts to 3G. Only have this phone 2 weeks after having to get the first one replaced due to battery problems.

Tried switching on and off, airplane mode. Any other ideas?

As I said, problem is with all wifi networks. Thanks.

Reset network settings. Reconnect to wifi net.
