    Doubt it, closest thing coming to mind was the UPC student package (4 months free out of 12 or something like that).

    Be careful though, the €40 price is a scam, when you call them up they will tell you it is actuall €45 if you don't supply your own modem.

    UtvInternet used to do a disconnection charge, a higher one for the first 6 months and a lower one thereafter. It might be worth adding up the cost for their offering.
