    Anyone ever tried takin this stuff before matches, was reccomended by a friend who says it really helps with agression and endurance, seriously considerin it, any tips or eviews would be helpful. Sorry if this is on the wrong forum.

    haven't heard of it before but I stopped looking at supplements a few years ago.

    all I would say is that if you are open to drug screening are you sure it will pass and are any of the ingredients on the controlled substances list that will see it being confiscated by customs (which is looks like it probably is)

    I use it prior to workouts, found it had a big effect at first, lots of energy, increased concentration etc. Probem with these things though is that your body becomes immune to them with continuous use and the effects diminish. If your only using it once or twice a week you should be ok though. I'd recommend it, good value too.

    I dont use it myself but a few of my team mates swear by it wouldnt play a game with out it!
