Rent allowance payment due 29/9/11 NOT recd

My rent allowance was not paid into my bank yesterday as it should, I was only recently awarded the allowance and got my first payment on 25/8/11. Dont know why ive not got it this month but obviously f***ed now as my rent due 2m. Been on hold now for 1hr 40 mins tryin to get through to rent allowance no, has this happened…

yes my rent allowance wasnt paid either but i transferred from jobseekers allowance to back to education this week and i just assumed that they had taken it and i needed to reapply, but im wondering now if thats actually the case,
will you post if you get through to them please?
