Macy's now deliver

    Not sure if this qualifies as a bargain alert but i was having a look at macys online and they now deliver to ireland. i added 2 pairs of boots and a handbag to see how much delivery was it was 22 euro

    You'll need to factor in taxes - customs will nab the items on the way in to the country and charge you them.

    They had an option to pay 9euro it said that would guarentee no customs or taxes not sure how true that is tho.

    This is interesting, very interesting!
    I still think there are savings to be had with customs fees. The dollar has gotten strong again though!!

    Just tried the site there adding 2 pairs of trousers - shipping was 22 euro also with the option to pay customs+duty of 10.86.

    Can't say I did either. Although Macky D's deliver in Thailand (maybe more of Asia?) *shudder* imagine eating 30 minute old McDonalds. It's not nice at the best of times.

    Just checking this out and was quoted €25.35 shipping for a single pair of kids pyjamas. DHL Express is the only shipping option listed.

    Am I missing something? How did people get cheaper shipping for more stuff?
