Flower delivery same day, early morning service? Any?

    Hey, I am looking for some service that has early morning (7 AM - 8 AM) flower delivery to home in dublin area. Any of you know such? Or perhaps you can suggest me an idea for gift?
    It's for my new friend, she absolutely loves me as friend (as she said to my face) and we are all time hanging out during daytime together. She has birthday soon so any ideas? Max expenditure cap is: 120 Euros.
    Ideas please?
