Grants for a Mature Student returning to Education

I studied part-time a number of years ago and earned a B.Sc. (Hons.) and last year I graduated with an M.Sc. also studied part-time.

I paid all tuition fees myself and also worked full-time paying taxes as a PAYE worker.

I would love to return to study for a full-time Degree in something other than IT which I have already.

    My question is:

As I have not availed of free Full-time 3rd level education previously; am I be entitled to free fees as a full-time undergraduate?

I have not found any definite answer to this query as no site differentiates between former part-time students and former full-time students.

    Thanks in advance.

You would be classed as a Graduate as you already hold a Degree and postgrad qualification.

"Previous study at further education or higher education may affect your eligibility to be considered for a grant. If you hold a qualification you will need to be “in progression” as defined in the Student Support Act, 2011 and outlined in articles 15 to 17 of the Student Grant Scheme, 2011. "
