Wordpress and domain name question

    Hi,

I'm looking for some advice from those more experienced with wordpress.

I recently changed my hosting package so that I could create a new site in wordpress. While I was creating the new site on the server of my new hosting package, let's call it internalserver.com, my domain name, mywebsite.com was pointing at my old static web site on a different server
Therefore I created the wordpress site everywhere referencing the server name, and this means that within the wordpress admin panel both 'Site address' and 'wordpress address' are http: //internalserver.com

Now after getting my hosting provider to change domain mywebsite.com to point to my new website, I can access the new wordpress website using
mywebsite.com. However all the links from the home page use http: //internalserver.com, so when I select a link the address changes to http: //internalserver.com/photos for example

Is there anything that can be done so that the links are generated using myschoolwebsite.com instead of internalserver.com ? I thought about changing the 'Site Address' but have read that making changes here can result in you no longer being able to access the site, so I'm reluctant to make changes without getting some advice

Any advice would be much appreciated

    Hi
Being the absolute lunatic that I am I changed the 'site url' and 'wordpress url' to the domain name and it all worked except for a few images with absolute links to the internal hostname

    Lock it up :)
