    Hi everyone,

I'm interested in learning more about this course, possibly from someone who is doing or has done the course? I've looked through the other threads on this on boards but there is very little up about it.

    Thanks

I'm looking into this course too. It says on the UCD website that they've recently changed it from a higher diploma to a Masters, this being the first year it's a MSc. The course now takes 15 months (I assume the higher diploma only took a year) but you can graduate after the third semester with a Higher Diploma if that's what you fancy.

I'm just reading this all off the website here http://www.csi.ucd.ie/content/msc-computer-science-conversion

The good thing is it's EU sponsored, which about halves the price of it, there's a similar course in DCU http://www.dcu.ie/prospective/deginfo.php?classname=GDF&originating_school=40 only one year, doesn't appear to be as in depth and you don't get a Masters out of it.

The 2010 start was an MSc as well.

Anybody out there doing this course? Intending to apply for this once possible in early February - just looking for some opinion from current or past students.

    Thanks
