    Anyone using these for foxing with the .223 and are they as good as the v-max. What price are ye been charged and where? Cheers

    As good as each other for expansion and there may be a small POI change. About €28/20 box less if you buy more at the one time.

    They shoot very well in my 1-9 twist CZ varmint, under MOA.


    Also try the Hornaday Training soft points, @€;39/50 box they made a big exit hole in the fox I shot with them.

    where do you get the soft points clive? Cant seem to find any! Hornady importer does not do them.

    very same as 40gr. vmax imo, only thing is anytime I ever saw them they were a couple of euro more expensive than the vmax's so I couldn't justify buying them.

    I pickerd up a few boxes yesterday, hornady 40gr vmax €25 euro, €23 if you buy in bulk. mccarthys prosperous
