Recommend a cook book

If someone could post a link to a suitable cookbook on amazon that would be great 25, m, poor cook need about 10 quality meals that take less than an hour to cook and does not require a lot of obscure ingredients. descriptions on the process are to be "dumbed down", lots of pictures, ect not looking for the type of book…
