crackling noise on iphone 4

i dropped my phone on sunday and broke the screen but i have noticed since that sometimes when i make a call all i hear is a crackling noise the person i rang hears the nosie aswell is the phone fecked or can it be fixed also doesanybody know a relable place to get the screen fixed
