Business Account with Visa Debit Card

Would anyone happen to know if any of the bank have a Visa Debit Card facility with a Business Account? I'll be using Paypal quite a bit for purchases but didnt want to get a credit card. Permanent TSB dont offer the facility and AIB use Maestro which Paypal doesnt seem to accept. Any help would be greaat!
