NTD Going to Eurobird 9A

The chinese station NTD is moving from Hotbird 13 to Eurobird 9A in October. Does anybody know if any other Chinese channels will come available on either Hotbird 13, Astra 19, Astra 28 or even Eutelsat 16? I currently have PCNE, CCTV 4, CCTV 9(news), CCTV F and NTD which is about to vanish. Any info would be welcome.

CNC World (news in English) started on 28E a while back. Seems it's on 13E also.
