1998 Ford Maverick query

    People,
    Where are the crash sensors located on the 1998 Ford Maverick 2.7TD model?
    Light won't go off and need to suss out from the point of the sensor back why?
    I think there is one located around the passenger safety belt area but the other one(or more) I have no clue.
    Failed the DOE and need to get it fixed asap.
    Any help welcome.

    to be honest i think you would be better getting diagnostics done to see where the fault is, i presume your on about the airbag light? if there is wiring connectors underneath the seats, you could try disconnecting them, tightning the connector pins and reconnecting them. if that doesnt work you will have to get diag. done to see whats causing the problem
