    Hi
another sale, this time a very beautiful Chas Roberts Master pro fameset built with dedacciai steel tubing with a carbon monobox rear end a set of reynolds ouzo pro forks. This frame is immaculate and the welds are probably some of the best you will ever see. Included in sale is a chris king headset. Photos were taken today in less than favorable light up close the red paint is really something and always gets complements where ever I have taken it. Its very light too, the frame built up as seen in the photos comes in at 7.78kilos. Only the frame + forks + headset is for sale here nothing else. Pic of the frame was taken just before it was built up but the frame is in the same condition. Its got compact geometry, seat tube c-t = 52cm, top tube (virtual) = 58cm. Any questions fire them this way, available to view in Waterford till friday after that in the Dublin area. Looking for €450, will accept offers but nothing silly please. Cheers. Smush

Price drop to €400, surely someone out there can see this is a bargain!

    Hey man.

Have to be honest, i know nothing about the frame. Dunno who Chas Roberts is, or Chris King for that matter. But it does look pretty in the pics. Is if still in Waterford or is it now in Dublin, and is it still built up so i could get an idea of sizing.

How old is it as well please?

    Hey lads
ok well Chas Roberts is one the finest and longest established British custom frame builders there is, google him to get a bit more info, chris king makes bike components like the headset on this frame it alone retails for about €100, this frame new, albeit custom built would retail incl forks in the €2000 range. This frame wasn't built for me, I acquired from that guy less than a year ago, it was built in 2007/8 I believe but would be identical to what you might order today and its condition is immaculate. Emigration is forcing me to offer it for sale . Its currently built up, if the frame had no interest it is going in storage until I am settled abroad so I could ship it over, so getting sized up on it is not an issue. The frame has compact geometry, ie a sloping top tube, it measures 58cm centre to centre, the seat tube is 52cm centre to top, I'm 185cm tall or 6ft more or less, the position is quite racy due to a short head tube, the fork steerer doesn't allow for more spacers, I flipped the stem which gave me a good position although this would depend on your level of flexibility, a new fork would allow you to get a higher stem if you wanted that but I cant say how that might suit either of you. If you want to view let me know and perhaps we can arrange it. It is currently located close to Dublin but I am leaving the country next thursday so be quick if interested. S

Well I'm prepared to offer asking in order to get a look at the bike, cos that's the way the system works here, but it's very subject to inspection and fit in particular. I'm having bike fit trouble at the mo, so it's all gonna come down to how the bike geometry fits me. I'm about 5.11 and a half (tops) so the fork height might be less of an issue.

Pm me whereabouts "close to Dublin" is and we'll see about organising a viewing.

Chas Roberts is a very well respected English Frame builder. They/He have/has a reputation for quality not quantity. Chris King are renowned as the nest head sets in the world.....

    Just my 2 cents worth

If was a bit smaller I'd be "in like Flynn"......
