Hi all, Just wondering anyone have any good recommendations on circuit training classes in the letterkenny area??? Used to do some years ago in profiles and found it good for the general fitness n wouldnt mind starting again but having bother finding any timetables about the web!! Thanks

Beginners MMA and the Fitness class are very fitness orientated.

Although being a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts club, there is some technique learning in the MMA class.
