anything... DVD or media files of any kind.. I've aload of tapes and no miniDV camera or player to get the content.. also they are recorded in NTSC as the camera was american, but quite a few camcorders and most players now handle all regions

Cheap solution... buy a used DV cam off ebay. Capture the tapes to whatever you want. Sell the camera on eBay when you are done.
