Mavic Carbon Cosmic

Hi! I have a pair of 3 year old hardly used Mavic Cosmic Carbon wheels. In excellent condition and running silky smooth. I didn't use them at all this Summer, as I never got to do the mid-week Summer races as intended, and have other wheels down the country where I live at weekends. I'd say they have about 500 miles on them, as they were rarely used while training. Bomb proof. Skewers included in sale. Any offers?
    Price 550e

I've tried to insert the pics but that's a no, no, for my technical skills. I can send you the pics if you send me your e-mail, if that's possible!

500 is the lowest I'll go. They don't need a service, and are silky smooth. In fact they run smoother than two pairs of zipps I have, but one pair of zipps is lighter the other more aero, otherwise I wouldn't be thinking of selling the Cosmics. Thanks, for the offer though. An Bolg Bui.

Are these clinchers or tubs, can you post a link to a similar pair?
    Thanks.

That's no prob,2nd hand wheels sell at around 50% of a new set here, that's as hight as I would go for a 3year wheelset,
    Good luck with the sale,

I'm not a techie but I think using the above address will get you to an image of the type of wheels. They are Cosmic Carbone SL clinchers, shimano free hub, about 500miles as stated and rarely used for training. Beir bua, an bolg bui.

No, sorry! I'll only sell as a pair. A front Cosmic would be no use to me. Thanks for interest, AnBolgBui.

You can change the stickers - a friend of mine picked up a set for something like €14 (or may have been Stg£14 plus P&P) - check out e-bay; either way they weren't expensive and they look the business :-)

Wouldn't you mess up the wheels removing the decals, what method would you use?

    Hey,
I done this last year with my zipp 404's as the kids had a shot at removing the decals, heat up the old decals with the hair dryer, they will lift off no prob, look at graphicshack.co.uk they do all the decals, there decals are good too,It's a simple job, after removing the old decals clean the wheel with meth as white spirit's can play up with the new decals,

    Cheers zip,
