Sorry, you can't leave negative or neutral Feedback for this PowerSeller until 7 days after purchase.
In the mean time, please contact the seller to try to work things out.

can anyone else why this is to me plz?

You have to wait 7 days to leave negative feedback for that seller. Powerseller feature. So wait.

Nobody likes negative feedback .- Can you do as you are asked and try to work things out .

Communicate with the seller .....Explain your reasons why you are unhappy .

See will he offer a refund / partial refund / return item

Remember if he has not already left you feedback , then you will probably also receive negative feedback from this Power-seller .

If you have already left positive feedback , then he can follow-up with more comments .

Try to reach a compromise before you proceed further .

There are genuine reasons why he has attained the status of 'Power-seller '
In your case , the seller should be interested in reaching a compromise to ensure positive feedback .

Of course you can, What else would you do if everything had finished successfully? You're trying to leave negative feedback too quickly, which means you haven't tried to resolve the conflict, or haven't give the seller a chance. If the seller has outright told you to go away, then either contact eBay about the seller's performance, or wait the 7 days to leave the appropriate feedback.

what else is there to resolve if the thing is fake?

Perhaps you could ask for a refund and send the item back? :)

Have you even got the item yet?

I expect it is partly to protect them against people giving negative feedback who have not got the item and are complaining about slow postage, 7 days is very reasonable but I have seen people giving neutral for postage taking a week.

It might also stop people reading feedback AFTER they have bought an item, see he gets complaints of fakes and so presumes theirs will be fake -even though they have not received it yet.

What is the problem, can it not wait a few days to leave neg feedback?
