Hi I moved into an apartment two months ago, there was a UPC wall box with a cable coming out of it, when I plugged it into my TV I was able to tune in about 15 channels. Happy out - I thought it may have been free view or something

This evening between 8 and 9 the channels started flicking between blank screen and program for a few seconds. About 9.30 the TV went totally.

Have UPC cut me off or has anyone experienced anything like this before? I don't mind buying UPC, had it in my last apartment and expected to get it here as well just not going get it if the 15 channels come back. Is there such a thing as Free View in apartments?

    Thanks

I'd tell you you were cut off, except for the strange time it happened. I can't imagine a UPC service agent working on disconnections at that hour of the night. Especially in an apartment block where they would presumably need to get access to the premises to do a disconnection (not an issue in houses usually).

You can be cut off for non-payment though, and anyone who isn't paying for UPC should expect it to happen at any time.
