The figures for the year are coming up incorrect, the journal entry has been deleted but the totals are still including the deleted figures?? I use an accounting system in work and there seems to be a corrupt file in one of our companies. The figures for the year are coming up incorrect, the journal entry has been deleted but the totals are still including the deleted figures?? We have a multi user package (But do not have software support) so I'm wondering if anyone can help.

I know this happened a few years back and they transferred a data file from the data folder in a working company file into the corrupt company file. Does anybody know the workings of this or the file name for the nominal ledger in tas?
