The exact same as a full time employee under company policy once the part timer has worked sufficient hours to that point. Citizens Advice.ie
"In general, a part-time employee may not be treated less favourably than a comparable full-time employee in respect of conditions of employment, including pay and pensions" "Part-time workers' entitlement to holidays is governed by the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, just like all other employees."
So if I work behind a shop counter for 3 days a week and company policy dictates my colleague who does the same work 5 days a week earns a certain amount of holiday time per hour worked then I'm entitled to the same.

An employee full or part time is entitled to a minimum of 8% of hours worked not in excess of 28 days.

An employee who has worked for at least eight months in a leave year is entitled to an unbroken period of two weeks' annual leave.

    It's all on Citizens Advice.
