I had a short of mine on Propeller TV - a British channel for a while.

There was no pay but at least it got it aired.

Shortscreen on RTE do however pay for shorts. They're always worth sending stuff to.

i already had the film on short screen.

I wonder is there an American or British Version?

you could try DCTV.ie
I've seen some of their broadcasts on UPC, needs a good bit of work, but it might be worth a try!
